Pisco means "bird" in the language of the Peruvian natives and is a grape spirit from South America, Peru, which was already produced in the 16th century.
This Pisco is a premium Pisco made from the grape variety Pisco Quebranta. It is made exclusively from this single, unflavored grape variety.
Neither water nor other ingredients are added to achieve the exceptional purity and clarity.
Pisco Quebranta is considered "the mildest" among the Barsol Piscos.

Tasting notes:
Color: Clear.
Nose: Slightly nutty, fruity, pears, nuts, grapes, rice wine.
Taste: Balanced, fruity, banana, pastry, berries, notes of citrus fruits, hints of pears and chocolate.
Finish: Long lasting, elegant.
This Pisco is perfectly suited for the Peruvian cocktail classic Pisco Sour.
