In 1878, the Havana Club brand appeared on the scene of history, and within a generation it became the epitome of Cuban distilling.
Havana Club Añejo 3 Años is made up of many different rums aged in white oak barrels selected by Maestro Ronero.
This 3-year-old rum is blended from this select selection.
Tasting notes:
Colour: clear, light straw yellow.
Nose: Spicy, notes of vanilla, caramelized pears, bananas, hints of smoked oak.
Taste: Spicy, pears, bananas, chocolate.
Finish: Long lasting.
It is ideal for cocktails like Mojito, the Cuban national drink, Daiquiri or Cuba Libre. But Havana Club 3 Anos is also recommended enjoyed on its own or simply mixed with fruit juices.
DER Mixing-Rum, Havana Club 3 Anos setzt den Maßstab in der Preisklasse bis ca. 12 Euro, daran müssen sich alle anderen messen. In der Preisklasse kann man durch die Wahl eines anderen Rums nicht viel sparen, ausser an der Qualität. 3 Jahre Fasslagerung sprechen für sich. Mojito, MaiTai, Coladas - für alles bestens geeignet. Natürlich gibt es auch andere gute Alternativen, aber nicht B.-Rum!

vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis her schwach, 3-4 Euro weniger täten es auch, es steht aber "H C" drauf, drum ists nun mal so. Geschmacklich gut, zum mixen bestens, aber auch zum pur Trinken, evtl. mit ein wenig Eis, im Sommer, durchaus geeignet.

Finde, Preis/Leistung passen nicht. Er ist meines erachtens nicht besser als ein Bacardi, mehr als 10€ ist er nicht wert, den Rest zahlt man für die Werbung!!!

Zum Mixen sehr gut geeignet, es gibt keine Kopfschmerzen am nächsten Morgen wie bei Bacardi oder No-Name-Produkten. Pur: Der schlechteste Havana Club (schlechter als der Añejo Blanco)

Was soll das Rumgetue!? Dieser Rum ist der beste fürs einfache Cuba Libre und auch pur ist ein Schluck von ihm keineswegs tötlich! Mit feinsten gereiften Rums hat er freilich so viel zu schaffen wie ein FIAT mit einem BENTLEY!
