War mein erster Vertreter seiner Art (Rhum Agricole) und hat mich absolut begeistert. Anders als der sonst bekannte Rum Aus Cuba, Barabdos, Jamaica und Co. wird Rhum Agricole nicht aus Zuckermelasse, sondern aus frisch gepresstem Zuckerrohrsaft hergestellt. Er schmeckt (und riecht) super fruchtig- säuerlich nach vergorenen Tropenfrüchten. Er bringt auch eine gewisse Grasigkeit mit. Die 50% geben dem Ganzen gut pfiff, er ist super ölig und vollmundig.
Mein Tipp: Den Clement Rhum Canne Bleue in einem Ti Punch trinken. Dazu 6cl Rhum, 1cl Zuckersirup in ein Glas geben und ein Limettenachtel darüber ausquetschen. Mit oder ohne Eis eine Offenbarung. Dieser Rhum wird absofort immer nachgekauft!
