Olmeca Tequila is produced in Jalisco - a highland in Mexico - since 1967 and part of the Pernod Ricard Group. Head of the operation is Maestro Tequilero Jesús Hernández. For the production of Olmeca the hearts of handpicked blue agaves are used which are boiled and in order to release the full aroma. Olmeca Tequila can be enjoyed straight or mixed with other ingredients to a cocktail.
