Erstaunlich gemütlich und samtig für einen Jack Daniel´s. Trotz 45% in keinster Faser scharf, dafür Schoko-Karamell würzig und anschmiegsam. Hat auch im Vergleich mit Edel-Bourbons bei mir nur zu oft die Nase vorn. Möglicherweise der genussfreudigste American Premium Whiskey, den man zur Zeit kaufen kann.

Geruch: Kräftige Lösungsmittel-Klebstoff-Note, dahinter Eiche und Süße vom Mais. Geschmacklich erschlägt er einen förmlich, Sehr viel Eiche, Lakritze, etwas Leder, sehr trocken im Abgang.
